When i parking in the free slot...suddenly a guard rides his bicycle came here and talked to us...he said: have u paid the parking fee? =.=
WTF? I didnt even notice that there is a board or guard house say this parking slot need parking fees...=.= Is that the way they earn the money from the tourist?
